In this role, you will be responsible for providing Commissioning services for both new building/major renovation commissioning projects (Cx) and existing building commissioning projects (EBCx) in our core markets which include government, commercial, education, and institutional clients. This position is based Connecticut.
Who you are
You have a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for buildings and infrastructure;
You are skilled at providing Cx/EBCx services through all phases (design, construction, and post-occupancy; planning, investigation, implementation, turnover, and persistence);
You are adept at managing projects to completion, on-time, within budget, and within scope of work and are able to independently produce reports, summaries, and briefings;
You can effectively lead communications within a project team and successfully manage multiple clients at once;
You are organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;

What you bring
5+ years of relevant industry experience with strong background in the mechanical, electrical, and/or facilities engineering field;
Ability to read/understand technical materials (i.e. drawings, specs, etc.)
Demonstrated experience in problem solving skills, planning and organizing, decision-making;
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), facilitation, and team work capabilities.
EIT or PE preferred
ACP or CCP preferred
