The Camps & Conferences department has developed strategic guidelines for internal, strategic partners, and third party events.

Internal Events
  1. Department hosting will reserve space(s) via 25live. Contact C & C if access to space is not available.
  2. Department hosting contacts services needed directly:
    • Chartwells Dining Services
    • Technology Services
    • Facilities
    • Simulation Technology
  3. Beachmoor prices are subject to be higher per published price sheets
  4. Liquor is limited to beer & wine*
  5. No contract required
  6. No insurance required
  7. No Beachmoor Administration fee
  8. No Commission

*Except as authorized by Vice President of Operations 

Authorization

Strategic Partner Events
  1. Strategic Partner Form to be completed by Division Vice President to request waiving facility fees
  2. Responsible department must commit to serve as lead and to have staff present at event.
  3. C& C will support as necessary and complete necessary paperwork.
  4. Department hosting must contact services needed directly:
    • Chartwells Dining Services
    • Beachmoor-published prices
    • Technology Services
    • Facilities
    • Simulation Technology
  5. Contract required
