Meet 4/C Jesse Kershaw, a Marine Engineering major from Middleton, Massachusetts. Middleton is a small town located between the cities of Salem and Andover.
Jesse attended Fuller Meadow Elementary School and Howe-Manning Middle School. Jesse has spent time on boats throughout his life, usually on lakes. He credits his father for guiding him towards MMA.
Jesse is happy to have his elementary school and his middle school participating in the Follow The Voyage-Share The Experience Program. He hopes that some of the students will be inspired to pursue an at-sea degree at Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
Jesse is ready for the TS Kennedy to depart Taylors Point this morning and head towards warmer temperatures.
