Meet 4/C Ethan Cavacco, a Marine Engineering major from America’s Hometown; Plymouth, Massachusetts. Ethan attended Manomet Elementary School, Plymouth Community Intermediate School (PCIS), and Plymouth North High School.
Ethan fell in love with the ocean at six months old when he made his first visit to Plymouth’s White Horse Beach. His dad would strap Ethan’s car seat onto the family’s boat and the pair would be off on a fishing adventure. Often, Ethan’s grandfather would join them.
Ethan is grateful that his parents and his Facilities teacher, Mr. David South, at Plymouth North High School pointed him in the direction of Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
Ethan is happy to know that there are ten different schools participating in the Follow The Voyage-Share The Experience Program from Plymouth.
