Faculty and Staff
Faculty and staff should copy and paste the formatting of the signature saved on Google Drive, then replace the contact information with their own. This signature is not to be used by outside Academy constituents.
- Open the Google Doc
- Copy the contents within the doc
- Open Gmail
- Use the gear icon at the top right corner of the screen
- Choose to "see all settings"
- Scroll down to the signature area
- Paste the content from the Google doc
- Change the contact information to match your own
- Note that you can change the two links to match your own departmental services
