09/16/09 Flu Vaccine Clinics

MMA will be hosting the first of three seasonal flu vaccine clinics on September 21 from 0830-1630 in the Bay State Conference Center. All employees, spouses, and cadets are welcome. All cadets participating in Sea Term are required to obtain the seasonal flu vaccine. cost is $15.00 for family members of employess and cadets. Cash and checks made out to the Wellness Company are acceptable. There is no charge to employees. We encourage getting your flu shot as early as you can, but we will hold additional clinics on September 28 and October 13.
