Get a jump start on a unique career at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy iWIL Conference. From those who graduate and others who come to teach - MMA women seem to set themselves apart.

If you have been daring your whole life or recently put it at the top of your "to do list", we have an event for you! The iWILL Conference is for those who may wish to be the first woman to walk on the moon, compete with Oprah for a spot as the world's wealthiest woman or perhaps invent a water powered vehicle!

iWIL - Innovative Women in Leadership Conference will inspire, motivate and teach you how to set yourselves apart career wise. Seven gifted speakers will tell you how they landed their dream jobs.
