Starting with Summer Term 2014 bills, students will access their e-Bills through web advisor. This new single sign in will do away with the additional user ids and passwords students were required to create and remember. Once logged in to web advisor, students will see a link to “view account and make payments” under the “financial information” tab. Students may view term statements and current activity (charges, payments or updates to financial aid made after the term bill is generated). Students will be able to make online payments from bank accounts or with credit cards, store payment account information (bank only, no credit card), and designate bank accounts for electronic refunds. Students may allow additional parties access to their account information by selecting the “authorized users” tab and entering the individual’s name and email address. A system generated email notification will be sent that includes a link and temporary password.
Tuition payment plan
Fall 2014 statements will be available early July. At that time students and families will be able to sign up for MMA’s payment plan. The plan will calculate your payments per term based on your actual charges, less any scholarships, grants or loans administered through MMA. Additionally, the plan will recalculate your payments should any outside funds be received and posted to the account.
Tuition payment plans help families budget for tuition and fees by spreading the cost over the academic year. Tuition and fees are due 30 days before the start of the semester unless the student is enrolled in the payment plan, with late fees assessed on unpaid balances.
Credit card: MMA accepts Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Due to security requirements credit card payments can only be made online through PayPath, MMA is not allowed to take credit card information in person or over the phone. A 2.75% convenience fee ($3.00 Minimum for $109 payment or less) is charged and retained by PayPath for each transaction.
Electronic check: Electronic check payments are available, without assessment of any fee.
Alternative payment methods
Although we encourage you to take advantage of our online services, MMA’s Business Office accepts payment by cash or check in person (during regular business hours) and through the mail (checks only):
