General Statement of Duties: Assist library students, faculty and staff with online services and equipment used in the Information Commons. Common requests include connecting to campus wifi, printers, and other online services. Assists members of the MMA community with inquiries concerning Blackboard, Gmail, wifi, and other campus accounts. Responsible for supporting the laptops and tablets checked out at the circulation desk. Other online administrative duties, such as creating content for the library’s Drupal website, will be assigned as required. Create IT help desk tickets for requests that surpass responsibilities of this position. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Experience with customer service, desktop support, online services or equivalent is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications: Blackboard, Google Apps and Apache Directory Studio experience.

Shift & Days Off: Candidates must be able to work evenings, some weekends and Monday holidays. The work schedule is subject to change.
