Internal Posting Temporary Work Assignment (TWA) Opportunity AFSCME The Simulation Technology department is looking for temporary assistance in operating the Academy’s simulators. Temporary responsibilities include assisting in monitoring, maintaining, and minor repairs to the Academy’s simulator related equipment, installation, and loading of software. Assists in maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies, preparation of documents for ordering supplies and equipment, assists in periodic testing of simulators and development of recommendations for improvements, modifications, and design. May be assigned other duties as required. Applicants must possess the ability to: communicate effectively; give oral instructions in a precise, understandable manner; able to organize multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, experience in electronic systems, computers, and network technology. This is a temporary six month work assignment for AFSCME employees. EDP Programmer I. Grade 15/Step 1.
