Massachusetts Maritime Academy - Follow the Voyage Admissions - Follow the Voyage
Wanted: Teachers, classrooms, students, troops and others interested in following the 2013 Sea Term

Follow the Voyage is a great way to apply STEM topics in a fun and surprising way. Reading blogs, answering questions, charting courses, learning nautical language, and figuring out geographical locations. While FTV is geared toward middle school students, anyone can participate and we welcome an enthusiastic crew!
 
Come aboard! To became part of the Follow the Voyage “Landlubber Crew” send an email to Meredith Emery at memery@maritime.edu, be sure to include the following information:

  • Name
  • Title (teacher/parent/student)
  • Town, State
  • email address
If teacher/parent, also include:
  • How many students will be participating
  • Name of school/group
  • Age range
  • Grade(s)
Interested in a classroom or campus visit? Contact Meredith to make arrangements.
We also have log books available to track the voyage virtually.

Supplement FTV with research online and open a world few come to realize as this years sea term brings the Training Ship Kennedy to: New Orleans, Aruba, Bahamas, Jamiaca .
