Throughout the year, the Yacht & Boat Donation Program of Massachusetts Maritime Academy accepts donations of boat, trailers, engines, and other miscellaneous marine items.  Many of these donations are accepted “for sale”, which means that they are not used or improved by MMA, but simply put up for sale.  The proceeds from these sales are then used to support scholarships, the Marine Department’s waterfront facilities, a fleet of nearly seventy training vessels, and the Otis ANGB boatyard.

Donated boats are sold by MMA via eBay and through our popular Sealed Bid Sale, typically held over a two-day period in May and November.
