Subj:     Fall Semester 2013

I hope you are enjoying your summer break however; it is time to start planning your return to MMA for this fall.  Please ensure you are registered for classes and that you are financially cleared by August 2, 2013.  If you are not financially cleared, you may not be enrolled in your registered classes and you will not be assigned a room.  Bills may be paid by one of three methods, via the business office’s website page, through the mail, or in person directly at the Business Office.  Please note, the Business Office does not take payments over the phone. You can contact the Business Office at 508-830-5085 and the Registrar’s Office number is 508-830-5037.

If you have completed a minimum of eight semesters and have less than 12 credits to graduate, or you have prior military service and wish to request Regimental Commuter status you can contact Commander Page at 508-830-5000 x 1410.

The dormitory and ship will open Tuesday, Sept 3 at 0900.  Cadets must check in with their Company Officer between 0900 and 1500 on that day.  Again, it is very important that when you check in you are financially cleared.

All 3/c are reminded that you must have your TWIC before 20 September, 2013.

Morning Formation will commence Wednesday 4 Sept at 0730 with class starting at 0800.  I am looking forward to seeing you all back at MMA this fall.

 Sincerely Yours,

 Edward J. Rozak

Commandant of Cadets
