Summer 2013 & Winter 2014 Terms: Co-Operative Education: $1,922 Commercial Shipping: $1,922 Sea Term (Cruise) 2013: $4194 (subject to change based on cruise destinations) Additional Costs for First Year Students: Orientation: $1,097 Uniforms/Seabag (estimate male): $2,304 Uniforms/Seabag (estimate male): $2,332 Acceptance Fee: $400.00 (non-refundable) HEALTH INSURANCE: Massachusetts law requires that all students (registered for 9 credits or more) have health insurance. The premium for Health Insurance offered through the Academy is estimated at $1,498 for the 2013/14 academic year. This fee may be waived only if the student is covered by a comparable health insurance plan, and only once the student completes the online insurance waiver.
