I think I have a virus, can the Academy help me?

  • The MMA Help Desk can do a sweep of your computer to check for viruses and malware.  If you need this help on a personal laptop, you will need to first fill out a Personal Equipment Release Form

How do I log into my Academy accounts?

  • We are moving towards a single sign on service via Portal Guard. Please enroll in this service to manage your Gmail and academy-owned equipment passwords. We are working towards adding the remainder of the Academy account to this service. 

How do I connect to the WiFi?

  • The Academy provides open access wireless throughout the campus. The network name is MARITIME-Access and MMADorm. The login credentials are your email username (first.last) and your Blackboard password. 

How do I add my email account to my smart phone?

  • Adding your MMA email account to your mobile device is as simple as adding a normal Gmail account, only with the username make sure you append the
